Here's everything you need to know about returning a try-on dress, and our policy on purchased dresses.
7-Day Returns on All Orders
Bought or tried on? Return within 7 days of receiving your dress. Purchases refunded minus £5 handling fee and postage.

If you've chosen the try-on option, you can return the dress within 7 days of receiving it. Once we receive and inspect the dress for damages, there will be no further charge.
If there are any damages, we will be in touch to discuss. Your £5 try-on fee is credited toward the purchase price if you decide to keep the dress.
Purchased Dresses
Not sure if it'll fit? No worries — you can return your purchased dress within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund.
The refund will be issued minus a £5 handling fee and the cost of postage. Once we receive the dress back, we'll inspect it for damage — if everything looks good, your refund will be on its way within 5 working days. If there are any issues, we'll be in touch to discuss.

How to Return a Try-On Dress

Contact us at prelovedbridalnorthwales@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your dress to initiate your return.

We'll send you a prepaid Royal Mail tracked returns label to your email.

Carefully repack the dress in its original packaging or a suitable garment bag.

Drop it off at your nearest Post Office — keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Once we receive and inspect the dress, there will be no further charge. If there are any damages, we will be in touch to discuss.
Dress Condition Requirements
We kindly ask that all try-on dresses are returned in the same condition they were sent. Please ensure:
Dresses returned with damage beyond normal wear may incur an additional charge — we'll always be in touch to discuss this first.
